 Bob joined 361 Group in early 2005. Immediately prior to joining 361 Group, Bob was a Project Manager for HH Architects managing new commercial, church and multi-story loft remodel projects. He served as the Director of Architecture for Integrated Design Services, a retail and mixed-use design-build developer. Bob owned his own company, Treat Architects, for 12 years where he specialized in the design of retail shopping centers, grocery stores, drug stores, and long-term specialty healthcare facilities. He was the Director of Architecture for Ellis and Pittman, a design-build retail developer, and also was an in-house architect for T.G.I. Friday’s.
During his distinguished 29-year career, Bob earned a Merit Award from the Dallas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors (A.G.C.) for a pair of 50,000 square foot concrete tiltwall office/ warehouse buildings. Bob also managed a joint venture design architect through the design of an 8-story mixed-use project that was bestowed a Merit Award by the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (A.I.A.) .
Bob is a licensed architect in the states of Texas and California. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, International Council of Shopping Centers, Preservation Dallas and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) .
