 Jim Barnett joined 361 Group in January of 2003. He has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry.
Before 361 Group, Jim built office buildings and retail centers for the Page-Net and Genuity accounts at Jones Lang LaSalle as a National Account Manager/Senior Project Manager.
Prior toJones Lang LaSalle he managed a regional team developing real estate and building banks for Bank One Corporation as Vice President, Corporate Real Estate Services.
He also wrote a software solution for project tracking and managed the construction scheduling function for Storage Technology Corporation. Jim started in the construction industry with Denver West Management, Inc.
managing 1.5 million square feet of commercial office space. He worked his way up to Vice President/Director of Facilities, building six of the 21 office buildings in the corporate office park along the way.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associates of Science degree in Computer Science from Regis University.
